Guidance, not diagnosis
The guides and the Overhaul Card describe how garage doors typically behave and fail. They're general guidance: they can't see your door, and they're not a diagnosis, a quote, or an instruction to attempt repairs. Every finding they suggest is confirmed or corrected by an on-site inspection before any work is recommended.
The safety content is the serious part
Where this site says a task belongs to a technician, a wound torsion spring above all, that's not marketing caution, it's the trade's real safety line. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to adjust springs, force a door that's off its track, or work on opener mains wiring, which is licensed electrical work.
Quotes and pricing
This site publishes no prices, because honest garage door pricing needs eyes on the door. Repairs are priced on site before work begins; new doors are quoted after a measure. A quote is an offer, not a contract, until you accept it. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to any work performed and nothing here limits them.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, and depict typical equipment and situations rather than specific completed jobs or real customers. No image here is presented as a portfolio piece.
Brands
Door and opener brand names, where they appear, are mentioned generically and belong to their owners. We don't claim to be an authorised dealer, installer or service agent of any brand on this site.
