What we collect
The enquiry form collects what you type into it: your name, phone number, suburb, an optional email address, your description of the job, and an optional photo or document you attach. The Overhaul Card tool runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing about you; if you follow its link to the enquiry form, the note it wrote is visible in the message field where you can edit or delete it before sending.
What it's used for
Arranging your job: reading the enquiry, calling you back, and carrying out the visit. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request. That's the list.
What happens to attachments
A photo you attach is stored securely so whoever handles the job can see the fault, and it expires from storage automatically after 30 days. Don't attach documents with details the job doesn't need.
What we don't do
- No marketing lists. An enquiry is a job, not a subscription.
- No sale of your details to anyone.
- No advertising trackers on this site.
Asking about your details
If you'd like to know what we hold from an enquiry you sent, or want it corrected or deleted, send a note through the enquiry form saying so and it will be handled the same way as any other card: read by a person, actioned, ruled off.
